One person that went above and beyond is Diana who's showed a lot of care and knowledge. When something meaningful and relatively expensive is damaged that really matters. All in all, very good experience."

Gerber Collision & Glass - Atlanta/Buckhead
2441 Cheshire Bridge Rd, Atlanta(404) 320-70772441 Cheshire Bridge Rd, Atlanta, GA 30324"Shasta was great reviewing the damage on my car and getting me set up. The daily texts with status updates were very helpful. And Melissa was a godsend at pickup! In addition to staying late and ensuring I got my vehicle, she took lots of time to review the repairs with me and check to make sure all of my tail lights were working. When I pulled out and heard a strange sound from the car, I called back and she immediately picked up despite it being after hours. I came right back and she troubleshooted the issue to discover a rogue zip tie that was stuck in my tire making the strange sound! Zip tie removed and all was well! Much appreciated! Very smooth as well as this was an insurance repair and all was immediately approved and covered."
